Internet connectivity services are offered through a network of high speed data links connected directly to multiple backbone networks. Q9's managed services include performance monitoring, rapid server deployment, security services, site management tools and data backup/restore services.

Our initial investment in Q9 was made in April 2000, with subsequent investments in August 2000 and April 2001. Q9 went public on the TSX in April 2004 (TSX:Q) and was acquired by ABRY Partners in October 2008 for $361 million.
