ULTRA is one of the industry’s most comprehensive laboratory information systems for the management and automation of the clinical laboratory, including identification, tracking and routing of specimens, managing workflow and aggregating test results across sites and platforms.
Our initial investment in Triple G was made July 1996, with subsequent investments in March 1997, October 1997, March 1999, and June 2000. Triple G went public on the CDNX in July 2001 and traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange. In August, 2003, GE Medical Systems Information Technologies, the healthcare IT business of General Electric Company (NYSE: GE) acquired Triple G for $83.7 million in cash. |
