Our initial investment in May 1998 was made in Tigrsoft Inc. In October 2000 Tigrsoft announced a reverse takeover agreement with privately held Matrikon Inc., and that merger was completed in March 2001. Matrikon currently trades on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX:MTK).
